Pager		A program to number lines and pages for various kinds of text.
		It uses printf style formattings and has a lot of cli options,
		including lines per page, multiple sources, quiet option etc.
		Requires AmigaDOS 2.04 or higher.  This is version 1.00, free-
		ware, binary only.
