I was bored today so I decided to take a screenshot of Windows XP and 
cut out the gadgets and stuff and make a Windows XP theme for Visual Prefs.
Although I hate Windows, I thought I'd make this theme anyway, I had nothing
else to do. This theme requires Visual Prefs and Full Palette. I've also
included an XP MUI colour theme, but no gadgets. Just put all the files
in the Workbench:Prefs/Presets/ directory.
