However, I quickly realized, that the view I imagined, would take a lot more time then I had, so I made some quick changes to my original idea in order to adapt to the time limit. Although some drastic changes were made, I still kept the idea of having a nice depth of field and the originally imagined general atmosphere in the image. The image is a bit unfinished though. I wanted to have a distant huge city visible behind the "train bridge" and improve many textures. I run out of time.... The whole image was created over a 3 weeks period of time, working 8-14 hours almost every day. Everything was modeled and rendered in MAX2. All textures were drawn in Photoshop.
