Short: Extract the pictures from the Perry Rhodan CD Author: Aaron "Optimizer" Digulla (digulla@fh-konstanz.de) Uploader: Aaron "Optimizer" Digulla (digulla fh-konstanz de) Type: gfx/conv Version: 1.0 Architecture: m68k-amigaos If you have bought the Perry Rhodan CD that comes along with Hardcover #50, you will have noticed that there is no software to view the contents on the Amiga. For the file in prjagd/, this is no real problem. You can use xanim or similar to view the *.ani files. But the pictures in prshow/ are all packed into one big file. This software here is for extracting single pictures. If you call it with no parameters, it will extract all files, if you give parameters, it will only extract those files matching the given names (eg. extract pr0.bmp will only extract the first picture). To get a list of all filenames give the single parameter LIST (case doesn't matter). The files will be extracted into the current directory. The files can then be viewed with any BMP-viewer (eg. BMP.datatype and MultiView, FastView, etc.)
