This is a small fix to the 2.0 version of ETW, it should solve the problem
of the "vanishing ball" after offsides in the chunky and PPC versions....

To install it just execute the installer script, to install this you should
already have a working 2.0 installation.

I'll upload a complete 2.01 patch the next week.

ETW-PPC needs ppc.library V46+ and AHI V4+.

With ETW 2.0+ (all the versions) you can also use the new ETW pitches, 
available  in aminet in the directory game/data.
