Short: Patches CrossDOS 7.00 - 7.03 -> 7.04 Author: uucons@netmeg.org Uploader: uucons netmeg org Type: disk/misc Architecture: m68k-amigaos Patch files to patch CrossDOS from either 7.00, 7.01, 7.02 or 7.03 to 7.04. Update History 7.04 ---- -- Fixed problem with some PCs not liking FAT12 partitions on hard disks. Now all hard drive partitions created with Quickprep are FAT16. 7.03 ---- -- Fixed problem with some 68000 processors crashing. 7.02 ---- -- Fixed problem with generation of the short (8&3) filenames when there are more than ten of the same basic short name in the same directory. Even with this problem, most people should never encounter a problem since the short name is never used unless they bring the disk to a pre-Windows 3.11 system. -- Fixed a problem with the Mount command when the device driver name begins with a digit and is a Tooltype parameter. (eg. DEVICE=2nd.scsi.device) 7.01 ---- -- Fixed problem with allocating new clusters in subdirectories. The problem would limit how many files and dirs you could put in a subdir. -- Fixed problem with filedisk.device with accessing filedisks larger than 32 Meg.
