 This library is required by ixemul.library and probably by some server software
in order to work with MOSNet networking stack. The stack itself and most of
native software don't require this library so it is placed in an optional package.

 INSTALLATION NOTES:

 If you don't have full GeekGadgets installation you may create a etc: assign to
some directory (normally it would be MOSNet:db) and place your group and passwd
files there. If you already have GeekGadgets you will likely want to store group
and passwd files to your existing etc: directory.
